I just renewed my lease without hesitation for the 4th year. The apartments that I’ve lived in with Philly Properties are secure and well maintained. I live so close to campus it makes walking to the library to study or to go to classes easy. Maintenance is prompt with responding to requests, and the leasing office follows up to make sure that the work was completed to my satisfaction. The rent is a good value considering the amenities
(washer/dryer, large living spaces, all the furniture and a nice patio)

This review is long overdue. To cut a long story short, living in these apartments and I’ve lived in two different ones with the same company has been great! Aside from the close proximity to campus and how upgraded everything is, I was able to live with my closest friends. The managers in the office really know what they’re doing when it comes to roommate matching because we had the best time when I was still at Temple. Thank you PPG!

Trying to find a place to live for the next school year can be a stressful decision amidst classwork and social time, but Philly Properties really made it easy. The managers are super nice and willing to work with you on your schedule to set up a time to take a tour. Taking the tour of the apartment was really nice and the showing agent was super friendly and answered all of my questions. The application process is a breeze and being able to do everything online was so effortless.
